Come out and learn about Crassotrea Virginica (the Eastern Oyster) and how this bivalve benefits our Inland Bays.  Topics will include the oyster itself, oyster aquaculture, the Don't Chuck Your Shucks (oyster recycling program), and restoration efforts that the oyster plays a part in.
